• Order details: the choices you make about your job and the service address you provide.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic, anonymized analytics about how the site is used, so we can improve it.

We use your information to generate quotes, process bookings and payments, match you with available professionals, send order-related messages, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the professional matched to your job (so they can complete it), with payment and infrastructure providers such as Stripe and Google Firebase, and where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can stop using the service and request that we close your account whenever you like.
